Tuesday January 19th was a big day. City inspectors were here, and we are happy to report that we received final approvals of the interior construction to-date — which opened the door to our tenants to start moving in.
Even as the rain pelted the Bay Area, LNT Business Solutions arrived and began to get settled in their new digs in Building 42840, Suite 234. The company now has 423 sf of space to spread out in — making it easier to provide all its services: tax, bookkeeping and payroll, and notary and loan-signing; graphic design and printing; and even immigration services.
You can expect to see three more businesses moving in soon:
• Ontara Corporation, which provides outsourced IT and accounting services, is moving from 592 sf in Building 42808 to 1,165 sf in Building 42840, Suite 243
• Rapid Freight Solutions — a cargo and freight solutions broker — is moving within Building 42840, from Suite 208 into 829 sf of space in Suite 239
• E-Infotek Solutions is a global solutions provider of systems integration, sourcing and consulting services. The company has taken 1,172 sf of space in Building 42840, Suite 223.
Rain Not Dampening the Leasing Activity
With the weather we’ve had this past week — trees falling and freeways under water — you’d think leasing activity would have come to a standstill.
