Fremont Business Park has just completed the latest in its continuing improvements by upgrading to a keyless electronic entry system at all common area access points in the three-building complex. All nine entry points on the ground floor are now electronic – as well as the state-of-the-art fitness center and common conference room – with each business allocated several electronic fobs for employees who need to enter before or after regular hours (Mon. – Fri. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
Improved Security
The electronic system is much more difficult to foil than a traditional lock-and-key system, providing a considerably higher level of security into the complex. The system tracks data tag IDs, so there’s a record of who entered the buildings or used the fitness center or conference room.
In addition, if an employee happens to leave a business and takes an electronic fob with him or her, it’s easy to simply disable that fob – rather than have to try to get a key returned or worry about whether the former employee has made copies.
