Eve Meyer has been with Primerica for almost 18 years, and is currently a Regional Vice President. Nearly nine years ago, she moved her offices to Fremont Business Park at Christy Street – a building managed and marketed by Borelli Investment Company – and through good and bad economic times, she’s been here ever since.
“I’ve had chances to leave over the years,” said Meyer. “But the location is just outstanding – with easy commutes and easy access to dining, shopping and services. The recent building renovation has created a beautiful, modern building. And I’ve really appreciated building management. Every individual has been among the most wonderful and helpful people I’ve ever met.”
Flexibility to Address Changing Needs
Borelli Investment Company has responded to Eve’s changing space needs over the years, as business conditions have warranted.
“The building owners have always been very accommodating,” stated Meyer. “When we’ve needed more space, they’ve found that. And when we needed to downsize a bit, they’ve helped us do that.”
TEAM Christy Is Latest Benefit for Primerica
TEAM Christy is a business-acceleration and leadership development group that’s available at no additional charge to all Christy Street tenants. The group’s monthly meetings are led by Sterling Lanier, a certified chairman with Vistage International, the world’s leading organization for CEOs and business owners. Meyer sees this as another key benefit of being a tenant at Fremont Business Park.
“The more like-minded people you can get-together, the more vision it brings to the table,” Meyer explained. “That expression, ‘You don’t know what you don’t know’ is so true. When you’re running a business, it’s especially beneficial to be part of a group of people facilitated by someone like Sterling with such vast experience – he really knows how to get the best out of each of us.”
Highly Valuable for Small to Medium-Sized Business Owners
Meyer has strong opinions about why she thinks Vistage can benefit companies like those locating in Fremont Business Park at Christy Street.
“As a CEO or business owner, when you’re accountable only to yourself, it’s easy to let yourself off the hook,” she said. “One of the things we’ve done in TEAM Christy’s trusted, confidential environment is to commit to the other participants what our business goals are, and then work hard to achieve those.
“We also get to re-evaluate our leadership techniques and re-examine our vision for the future,” added Meyer. “With other participants coming from different points of view, it opens your mind to new perspectives and additional possibilities.”

I think it’s amazing! It’s much appreciated and very generous, and is another example of why I’ve kept my Primerica office at Fremont Business Park for all these years.”
