The two new tenants are just part of the story at Fremont Business Park. Jana Gluckman of Ritchie Commercial showed one of Christy Street’s largest spaces late last week, and there have been two additional requests for proposal (RFPs) for approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of space within the past week alone.
So it’s clear things are going to remain hot at Christy Street right through the summer.
