Another New Tenant Welcomed at Christy Street

February 16, 2010 by Fremont Business Park

Fremont Business Park at Christy Street continues to be the talk of the town — before its $2 million renovation is even complete. The latest business to move to Christy Street is Tristero Consulting, which is doing business as Codeminders.
Codeminders works with companies that need programming services for almost any type of application: mobile apps, instant messaging systems, email or search apps, content syndication systems (RSS), billing and payments, semantic web or social networks. Codeminders can also help with developing a new Facebook app or new Widget. Or they can assist businesses that need to integrate into a Web 2.0 site using that site’s APIs. Codeminders programmers are comfortable with Python, MySQL, C++, Java, Linux, Web-based apps, kernel modules, rule-based systems, Internet protocols — and of course Windows and Mac OS.

You get the idea — if code of any type is involved, Codeminders can do it. The company has moved into 423 sq. ft. of space in Building 42840, Suite 230 at Christy. Drop in and say hi.

Smallest Spaces Almost Gone

All of the new small suites Borelli created at Christy Street as part of the renovation have now been occupied. In fact, today there’s only one unit of less than 600 sq. ft. remaining in the complex. There’s also a unit of around 700 sq. ft. and a good selection of offices of between 1,000 and 2,000 sq. ft. for smaller businesses that are growing fast.

Borelli is considering whether or not to create a few more suites of under 500 sq. ft. for the smallest business and professional firms. In the meantime, if you need high-quality office space at the gateway to Silicon Valley in southern Fremont, you need to contact Anna Mcquillan Rose right away at (408) 550-4826 or e-mail anna@borelli.com.
