Fremont Business Park at Christy Street has undergone a complete transformation over the past 18 months. A $2.5 million renovation has upgraded virtually every feature in the complex so that it looks brand new: from the large, formal tiled entries and bright hallways to new bathrooms with granite countertops, a common conference room, and a fabulous fitness facility.

The latest added touch is LED lighting in the parking lot – supplied by Green Machine Light Engine, the oldest manufacturer of outdoor LED lighting in the U.S., and a tenant in another Borelli Investment Company-marketed business complex, Club Auto Sport in San Jose.

Lighting on a Chip
LED lighting is the wave of the future – the fixtures use chip-based light-emitting diodes as the light source. Although the up-front investment is higher, LED lights save an average of 70% on energy costs.
