Broker Community: Monte Pasquinelli Golf Tournament

With the RSVP deadline approaching, this is a friendlly reminder that the first annual MGP Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, August 6th in memory of Monte G Pasquinelli. We lost Monte last August, and this year his wife, children, and friends are putting on the MGP Golf Tournament in his memory. The purpose of the tournament is to get friends and family together to celebrate Monte’s life, share stories and memories, and most of all to have a great day filled with golf, food and drinks, and good people!

We will have a dinner reception to follow the golf tournament, and we will have an auction and raffle prizes to raise money for a few specific organizations the family has chosen, including Bellarmine. If anyone would like to invite someone who isn’t necessarily internet or website savvy, you can let them know they can send a check to Kathi in the amount they would like to purchase an item for. StratApps Makes Strategic Move to Fremont Business Park

At first, it just seemed like a coincidence.

As Fremont Business Park underwent its impressive $2 million renovation completely transforming the office space this past winter and new tenants started signing leases and moving in, the first few came from outside Fremont. Then, more tenants relocated from elsewhere. And still more followed.
