Its mix of shops and services has been attractive to nearby offices for some time.<\/p>\n<p>Today the ownership of Pacific Commons announced a major expansion, including a new 16-screen Century Theater complex. The theater will be part of a 318,000-square-foot expansion at the seven-year-old retail center that includes a 139,000-square-foot Target store slated to open in October.
